As the leading youth soccer club in Southeast Texas, Gulf Coast Soccer offers coaching opportunities for coaches of all experience levels from full and part-time professional coaches in our Competitive and Academy Programs to volunteer parents in our Recreational Program. 

Our coaching staff is led by Roy Lassiter, Director of Coaching & Methodology and former professional and USMNT player. Coach Lassiter brings a wealth of elite coaching and playing experience to Gulf Coast Soccer and has a keen eye for talent identification and development. Coach Lassiter is responsible for developing our game model (style of play), our training model (how we train), and the overall development and advancement of our players, coaches, and teams within the club.
